About the class

We like to think of this as "baby CrossFit" but this class is far from lacking in fitness and intensity!

During a MetCon class we will primarily focus on our Metabolic Conditioning, more commonly referred to as our cardio fitness.

MetCon classes are great if you fancy getting a sweat on without having to worry about some of the more technical movements in a typical CrossFit class.
