Everyone! We recognise that the needs of an 80 year old Grandparent, Firefighter and Professional Athlete will differ by degree and not kind. So we scale and personalise the programme to suit you!

What is the best way to get started?

Start by booking a free session to experience CrossFit for yourself. After that, you can take our Fundamentals course which is designed for people who want to start training in our regular group classes.

how much does it cost?

We have a range of membership options available to suit everyone. CrossFit is more expensive than a typical gym membership because of the highly personalised and coach-led nature of the classes, which are responsible for the significant improvements CrossFitters experience in their health, athletic performance and overall wellbeing.
