About the class

The main focus of our Gymnastics classes is to help you develop your technique which you can then use to fill effect in our main CrossFit sessions.

During these sessions you will develop your skills in a wide array of Gymnastic movements which are a fundamental piece of the fitness puzzle.

This includes movements like pull-up, hang, wall walk, handstand and gymnastics rings.
